Pregnancy and Beyond!!!!!

BuSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSY !!!Spent 4 and a half hours with my baby sister yesterday at the eye Doctors. Aunt Brenda came by to hang out with the babies. She has been a blessing from the beginning. I mean when I was pregnant and beyond. Driving me to appointments.Brenda is a sister of my heart. It is important to surround yourself with loving people you can trust. The babies love to see her come over and they know "their people". She provided us with a nice meal and great company. There are more people, you will be hearing about them in the future. For now I want to encourage you, If you need help, and can afford to do it hire someone to clean your house, cook, or do your laundry. You and those you trust can take care of the babies. A few times I have used someone to help me clean and get caught up. Tip for the Day- Allow you children to bond with other people you can trust from the beginning. It will help you later on.

And Yet Another Day in the Life of Triplets!!

Okay, so saying that I am tired today does not even come close to reality. Working 7pm-7am is a blessing and a curse. When I decided to go back to work part-time, I picked the night shift so the babies would not be without me for to many of their waking hours. Blessing!! Curse--- I feel hungover for about a day. However, I got used to that feeling during the first year of the triplets life. Sweet Bliss those tiny little babies who would eat every hour and a half. I learned to work the night shift from the babies.
They are now napping, I will join them soon. Papa Crocco came over early to help care for the babies while I slept this morning. I came home to the smell of French toast. Yummy!!! The babies and I sat on the sofa with my husband and ate breakfast together.
Tip for the Day- Break the rules sometimes,(you don't have to always eat at the table in booster seats, highchairs, ect.)Signed, Triplet Mama

Another day in the Life of Triplets

I encourage all parents of young children to get involved with your community. This morning we traveled to Palm Beach Island. The Society of the Four Art library was our destination . They have a story time for the children, (at no charge) followed by a craft involving food. Today's theme was being sick. A few stories were read about sick dinosaurs and such. The children then retreated to a room where they could make their own cup of chicken noodle soup. I was honestly reluctant. But we did it and the babies had a good time. We had Papa Crocco with us today!! The babies love that. Brittany and Brandy came along as well. They are a big help on outings.Nap time is here. I have to work at the hospital tonight, so I must nap too!! Tip for the day- Get out with your children and make memories.(bring your camera)

A Day in the Life of Triplets- Jan.2010

From day one of this triplet journey I have wanted to blog info for multiple parents and parents to be. As you can imagine I have been a "little" busy. Babies (three girls) are now 19 month old. They are currently napping after a full morning of breakfast, playing with blocks and a trip to the park. I walk the about 1 mile in the stroller to the park, bringing snacks and water. The goal is to get my shape back (that's for me) and get them fresh air and exercise. I do not have a nanny. We are taking this exciting journey as a family. My husband is an exceptional Cuban man. He cooks, folds laundry, and changes diapers. Like I said the purpose of this blog is to help other parents. Not mothers, co-parenting is the only way. Tip for the day-Enjoy each season of your babies life, rush nothing!!!!!
